TAWAL Region Manager

The client is looking for a TAWAL Region Manager to work in KSA on a 12-month extendable contract. To be considered, you must be based in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

• Manage available resources to ensure proper delivery of contractual obligations.
• Establish guidelines for smooth O&M work.
• Standardize teams’ work processes.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions.
• Analyze TTs for quality and equipment faults.
• Facilitate projects’ handover.
• Prepare and follow through on generator overhauling plan.
• Acquire feedback and prepare performance reports.
• Build a reliable PIN database.
• Manage theft and vandalism incidents.
• Hold meetings to review status reports and correct mistakes.
• Manage temporary third parties.
• Attend meetings with various customer departments.
