New Horizons Band 1
We are masters of on-boarding and developing new joiners. Our Academy will take you from newbie to an expert with your own patch in under six months.
Training
We offer a suite of Training and Coaching opportunities to support continual learning and development. We’ve developed a unique Tangent training programme with powerful training systems and infrastructure. Structured training is a blend of classroom and on-the job, delivered by Director-level trainers.

All of our leaders have been developed and promoted from within. We want this pattern to continue and offer access to higher education, including MBAs as well as some of the greatest external trainers within leadership and management.
Training
Access to higher education including Masters and Bachelors qualifications, auto enrolment onto tailored leadership courses developed by the finest trainers in the world.

100% of the Leaders within Tangent have been developed and promoted internally. Our culture, training and reward is designed to build the maximum amount of successful leaders.
Training
At Leadership level the training combines mentoring from the most senior members of Tangent, and the best of external leadership training. To date, four leaders have completed MBAs through us.
Reward
Leaders can expect to earn six-figure salaries and enjoy team and company bonuses.
