SmartCare SA

The client is looking for an Arabic speaking SmartCare SA for an African project.

Experience:

• More than 6 years of experience in Huawei network optimization project delivery is required.
• More than 3 years of Experience in SmartCare and discovery delivery and operation.
• Priority is given to those who have worked in Huawei overseas delivery projects for more than 3 years.

Professional knowledge requirements:

• Network insight, planning optimization, understanding of customer needs, customer communication and guidance, and technical management capabilities; at least one of SmartCare platform deployment/ maintenance and SmartCare data mining capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as SA/BA to do business analysis and insights and customer value presentation.
• Work with the DA to provide insight and executable solutions through data analysis and communication with customers.
• Responsible for technical implementation plan formulation and related technical problem management, and conduct technical exchanges and communication with customers.
• Have working English ability for daily communication with customers.
