Operations & Maintenance Specialist

The client is looking for a Operations & Maintenance Specialist with expertise in NGVS, AIR, ECE, and SDP systems is needed to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing charging systems, ensuring seamless operations, and leveraging advanced tools such as Elastic and Grafana for monitoring and AI/ML insights. A solid understanding of databases and scripting tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain NGVS, AIR, ECE, and SDP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for CCN and OCC environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts using multiple scripting tools to automate and optimize system operations.
• Leverage Elastic for AI/ML-driven insights and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Grafana for real-time system monitoring and visualization of performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation for system configurations, procedures, and updates.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends related to charging systems and operations.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level knowledge in NGVS, AIR, ECE, and SDP systems operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of CCN and OCC technical environments.
• Proficiency in scripting tools for automation and optimization.
• Experience with Elastic for AI/ML applications.
• Skilled in using Grafana for monitoring and analytics.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle and SQL database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
