Operation and Maintenance MPLS Engineer

The client is looking for an Operation and Maintenance MPLS Engineer in Oman.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex network systems and ensuring the seamless operation of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of MPLS systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, maintaining a robust and secure network environment.
• Manage and optimize microwave communication systems for efficient and uninterrupted service.
• Administer and maintain network switches, ensuring efficient data flow and connectivity.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve network performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improve system performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrable experience with MPLS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Fortinet firewall configuration and maintenance.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with microwave communication systems.
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting network switches.
