NPS Engineer

The client is looking for an NPS Engineer based in Africa.

Particular combination of skills:

• Familiar with GSM/UMTS/LTE (include FDD & TDD) network planning and optimization, has NPM project experience
• Know about new Solution/ RAN Features like 8T8R/Massive MIMO and has this kind of optimization experience
• Understand and know to use Discovery Platform /SmartCare to improve planning and optimization efficiency (Virtualized Drive Test, worst cell handling, VIP complaint process)
• Know about digital transformation based on NPM/SOC/NOC platform & process, joint as part of model running
• Good communication skills with English and has successful case with customer director level
• Duties and responsibilities 2G/3G/4G optimization technical support, Excellent Insight Activities, tasks and deliverables More than 5000 sites network scale RNO experience
• Any other conditions or requirement At least 5 years 3G RNO experience, 5+ years 4G RNO experience Multi Project Experience
