Nokia GUL Optimisation Engineer

The client is looking for a French or Arabic speaking Nokia GUL Optimisation Engineer based in Africa.

Job Description:

• Deep understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G Parameters strategy setting and features activation
• Experience with 4G/5G network planning & optimization, with 5G commercial launch experience
• Proficiency in E2E optimization delivery process
• Able to do complex RF troubleshooting [Low throughput/MOS issue/High drop call rate, etc.] on the network level
• Expertise with multi-vendor optimization tools
• Able to do advanced Drive test log analysis [E2E trace analysis] for [2G, 3G, VoLTE, LTE Data]
• Very good knowledge in VoLTE technology and E2E optimization solutions to high-level customers
• Network Strategy Evolution: Capacity Assessment, paint point key finding, design solution and spectrum evolution
• Benchmark experience is a must: identify the main issues compared to competitor and share action plan
• Experience with Third party tools: Tutela, Ookla, NPerf and competition analysis
