The client is looking for a Portuguese & English speaking Marketing Operation Consultant based in Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for marketing operation consultancy. Act as a business advocate within team and customers, collaborating with stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the team to ensure solution and business competitiveness.
  • Provide in depth analysis of the business strategies and pain points to enable product managers and sales teams to plan requirements accordingly.
  • Engage customers to understand business problems and offer efficient solutions to monetize and obtain value from solutions.
  • Identify challenges in operators’ network & business operations, conduct business & network consulting services and provide clear advice on how the business & network should be adjusted in a consultative manner to ensure attainment of company strategic goals.
  • Responsible for Strong research-based market and business insight, business analysis and marketing capabilities to guide operators to develop the right marketing strategy according to the local market conditions. Ability to lead strategic high-profile projects by providing business consulting, technical expertise and project management.
  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns, business and operational models with the aim of achieving business goals such as, but not limited to subscriber migration, churn management, subscriber retention, product & pricing strategy development, up-selling/cross-selling campaign development and customer value management.
  • Develop and verify business solutions, business consulting capabilities, organize business and consulting resources, support high level strategic communication and deliver consulting services to key customers.
  • Ability to engage with CxO level customers and establish relationships with key decision makers with a view to provide solutions via presentations, forums, workshops, conferences and formal/informal dialogues.
  • Build sustainable relationships with C-level customers to influence operator strategies in line with objectives.
