Implementation Manager

The client is looking for an Implementation Manager (Acquisition) to work a 12 rolling contract based in Belgium (Brussels).

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area.
• The Implementation manager should monitor and plan to secure an efficient end to end SWAP of Site (from Acquisition follow up, to Accepted sites going through Build and Integration).
• In this role it is also expected to ensure work is executed within the project requirements. He will take aside responsibility about data engineering & analytics being able to specify and develop reporting and dashboards based on business requirements.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Organize, Prioritize, and coordinate rollout activities.
• Manages the follow up of the end to end process (from Acquisition follow up, to Accepted sites going through Build and Integration) to ensure sites/cluster are integrated and accepted according to baseline.
• Participates in Internal and Customer Governance meetings to report the status of the activities under his responsibility. Participates in the Go-No Go decision meetings.
• Secures call-off process to issue purchase orders towards suppliers and orders for internal resources.
• Secures that work executed is in accordance with customer directives and standards (on time delivery and quality of deliverables) Handle work orders and compensation.
• Enforce day to day planning and activities with ASP by following all sites milestones.
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing. French and Flemish is a plus.
• Proven track of 5-7 years’ experience of deploying radio networks.
• Planning and organizational skills for large projects.
• Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities.
• You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage the internal teams as well as ASP.
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
• Extensive knowledge in Belgium Telecom acquisition and build requirements and milestones.
