The client is looking for a Business Architect Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Overview:

A Business Architect Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and strategies that align with an organization’s overall goals. They work closely with business leaders, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that business processes are efficient, effective, and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Document and model business processes using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML)
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the organization’s business architecture framework
  • Define and document business capabilities, data, and information assets
  • Model the relationships between business processes, capabilities, and information assets
  • Ensure alignment between business architecture and IT architecture
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support the adoption of new business processes
  • Identify and address potential resistance to change
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Or any other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or business architecture
  • Practical experience on projects that involve improving and developing digital services for governmental organizations, including planning, design, and evaluation
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis methodologies.
  • Preferably hold a certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of business concepts and models, particularly how to apply them within a governmental context
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and process improvement methods
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze digital transformation strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
