Build Delivery Manager

The client is looking for a Build Delivery Manager to work a 6 month rolling contract based in United Kingdom (Remote Working is Considered).

Job Overview:

• Networks and Managed Services Delivery (NMSD) is responsible for the delivery of Network Products & Solutions, Network Roll-Out, Support & Repair, Network Optimisation & Managed Services.
• The Implementation Manager is responsible for successful implementation of all Build instructed sites to their assigned Project.
• Ensure all Customer PO is in place and PO cover is instructed to the Project ASPs before work commences at site level.
• Driving gating meetings from initial Build instruction and ensure the ASP is conducting Build planning as per contractual KPIs and SLAs. Measuring ASP success at key build planning intervals.

Responsibilities & Outcomes:

• Work with Customer Project Manager to ensure all site builds are correctly instructed
• Ensure all Customer PO cover and ASP PO cover is in place before work commences at site level
• Conducting initial site gating meetings with the ASP and conducting thorough review of site level drawings to ensure the site level drawing and planned site build are both achievable and safe in line with customer local and global Health and Safety policies and Guidelines

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of site based delivery, including Rigging, Install and Commissioning (I&C) of Ericsson radio products
• Knowledge of quality auditing and defect identification.
• Knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) Regulations
• H&S internal/external audit experience
• Extensive experience working with ASPs/SWCs and Customer interaction
