Application Specialist – RCM – Dubai 

The Application Specialist will use their healthcare, business and product knowledge to ensure that contract and implement of my client’s products are complete in a successful, standard and timely manner. You will be considered an expert resource for customers across the region, understanding customer processes, solution assessment and implementation expertise. Advise the customer on maximizing the benefits of the solution while minimizing customer-specific efforts, and coordinate with various business areas as needed. My client provides innovative data solutions for organizations with critical information needs in the healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors and beyond. Their cloud-first data platforms solve interoperability, speed, and scalability problems for organizations around the globe.

What you’ll do:

• Review proposal and tender documentation prior to release to customer and inform colleagues on gaps in areas of functionality.
• Consult and advise the customer as to how adopting my client’s solution could benefit the customer to improve their existing processes.
• Participate in validating the configured system based on solution design.
• Complete implementation of the software.
• Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation phases.
• Ability to visit customer sites.

Essential:

• Experience interacting directly with customers, on and off site.
• Multiple years experience working in healthcare
• Experience implementing software solutions
• Experience contributing to a multi-disciplined team
• Experience with writing functional documents
• Experience of business process mapping
• Knowledge of Information Systems – EMR, HIS, etc
