Application Specialist

The client is seeking an Application Specialist (Support) to work from the Milan office on a permanent contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful development and support of the my clients product. This will be through, application knowledge in the functional areas. You will be known as an expert of this system to clients across the Italian region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate response to customer inquiries for the EMR product.
• Become a subject matter expert.
• Support tasks such as implementation to customer systems and devises.
• Build and develop stable relationships with customers to ensure that requirements addressed are completed to the highest of standard.
