Application Analyst

The client is looking for an Application Analyst to work in Milan for a global healthcare IT organisation.

The client provides innovative data solutions for organizations with critical information needs in the healthcare sector. Across some of the best institutions in Italy they develop and support data management, tracking patient workflow and making the information exchange, across hospital, more efficient.

The Application Analyst will leverage their expertise in the healthcare sector and the client’s products to ensure successful, standardized, and timely contracting and implementation of their solutions to customers across Italy – becoming an expert customer product resource.

Requirements:

• Expert communication skills and demonstrated experience of working daily with customers, providing support, training, workshops, etc
• Healthcare experience is a must – key experience is to understand the administration process of hospitals in Italy
• Strong knowledge of healthcare related technologies e.g. SQL, HL7
• Experience with writing functional documents
• Ability to travel across Northern Italian regions
• Native fluency in spoken and written Italian
