Job Description
Kimberly Hume is looking for 2x Service Customer Hotline Support Engineers (One Dutch speaker & One French Speaker) to work a 6 month rolling contract based in Netherlands (Rijswijk).
Job Description:
- The L1 service provider picks up the phone from Customer
- Tries to help the customer through the troubleshooting steps and his own knowledge, which he/she learned during the trainings.
- Handle Ticket is being escalated to the L2 Engineer
- Guide customer to collect information and log according Vendor engineer require
- Assist to create the ticket for customer according procedure of Vendor
Requirements:
- Mandatory Language skills (both Dutch or French and English)
- Analytical thinker
- Eager to learn
- Proactive attitude
- Team worker
- Customer- and service oriented
- Computer use skills (Microsoft Office and other, mainly web based applications)
