RF Optimization Engineers

Kimberly Hume looking for RF Optimization Engineers (ZTE Equipment) to work a 6 month rolling contract roll based in South Africa, Johannesburg.

Job Description:

• Good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies
• Should be well conversant with the Radio Network Performance Improvement
• Analyze the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quickly
• Should be able to understand the issue & plan improvement actions
• Continuous improvement in the Network performance indicators
• Must have good understanding of parameters and features working
• Formulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers
• Should be able to impart skills to other technical team members
• Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Network Performance Improvement working with any OEM or with a leading Service Provider
• Preferred to have experience on latest ZTE systems
• Ownership & readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customer
