Wireless Engineer

Kimberly Hume is  looking for Back Office Wireless Engineer to work a 6 month rolling contract roll based in South Africa (Johannesburg).

Job Description:

• Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products (including GU, CDMA&LTE and TDD)
• Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
• Handles the faults escalated from the front line of wireless products.
• Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.
• Conducts preventive maintenance of wireless products
• Provides optimization suggestions or solutions based on wireless network problems
• Have the experience about MS
