Our client, a global leader in digital identity and anti-fraud solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their North EMEA team. This dynamic role is ideal for a “Sales Hunter” who thrives on developing new business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term, value-driven relationships.

The Role


As the Regional Sales Manager – Germany, you will spearhead sales efforts in a high-potential market. This is your chance to join an innovative organization offering solutions that address critical cybersecurity and fraud prevention challenges.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Drive New Business Development: Identify and engage new prospects, positioning the client’s solutions as the answer to their most pressing cybersecurity needs.
  • Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Tie the client’s capabilities to customer challenges, clearly demonstrating quantifiable value.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through a client-centric approach.
  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by managing a disciplined pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales engineers and account teams to deliver tailored solutions for each customer.
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Keep Salesforce (SFDC) up-to-date to guarantee accurate forecasting and operational excellence.

About You

Proven Experience

  • ICT and Cybersecurity Sales Expertise: 8+ years in direct sales of software products, including SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
  • Financial Services Focus: Demonstrated experience working within the German market, selling to the financial services industry.
  • Track Record of Success: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets with end-user selling experience.
