Job Summary
Looking for an Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd level support for all IT to users, including desktops/laptops, smartphones, core office applications, printing, scanning, telephony -categorising, prioritising and triaging service requests, incidents, problems and changes which are logged with IT.
The role covers the Service Desk, at-desk user support, remote support and proactive advice and guidance, liaising with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, service requests and changes.

Provide technical advice to users on applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, antivirus software, and other client applications.
Provide technical support and maintenance for Printer, Scanner and Fax MFD's.

Required Experience:-

Experienced in support and maintenance of Microsoft Desktop operating systems (Windows 7)
Support and maintenance of Desktop applications including Microsoft Office 2010, Symantec antivirus, encryption/ Endpoint security
Minimum ITIL Foundation level qualified
Experienced in support and maintenance of Microsoft Desktop operating systems (e.g. Windows 7)
Experience of telephony, specifically Mitel telephony and IVR administration and support
Experienced in Smartphone handset setup and administration
