Job Summary
Tangent International are currently looking to hire aHelpdesk Manager to join a local project based in Essex.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have experience with the following:

Your main responsibilities will be:

To look after the complex laptop/desktop repair/upgrades
Experience of managing a team
Supervising/Assisting 1st line staff
PC/Mac resource monitoring
Setting up new/replacement printer hardware
CCTV monitoring/Issues
Supporting/deliver KPI's

Technical Skills:

At least 2 years experience of first line support
Good knowledge of PC Hardware/Software (including MS Office Suite of products)
Competent ANSI SQL Skills
Good knowledge of scripting/scripting tools
Excellent problem solving skills.
Good networking skills, including LANs/Windows/Windows Server
